PaceButler Reading Program

Pacebutler Corporation is a learning organization where reading is encouraged. Our employees read a large diversity of books, including self-improvement, child rearing, financial, and spiritual.

Since the 90s, PaceButler Corporation has promoted reading by paying each employee that reads a non-fiction book with 100 or more pages, ten dollars per book in two-dollar bills. Since the inception of the PaceButler reading program employees have read thousands of books.

Because of a suggestion made by Elizabeth Krienke in our Personal Development Class, (7:30 am – 9:00 am on Monday mornings) we decided to start posting all the books that the employees are reading. During our Personal Development Class we share about the books we are reading and the information that we are learning. At first it started with sharing just the title and author of the book, however over time the employees became more comfortable sharing in the class about how the book has influenced them.
