A state-of-the-art plastic recycling facility near Watts, Oklahoma is scheduled to be completed by the first quarter of 2010. This was announced recently by Advanced Environmental Recycling Technologies, Inc. (AERT), a leading plastic recycler firm based in Springdale, Arkansas.
