		<description>It won&#039;t happen here until there is viable investment in Green Technology. Drill baby drill is a fruit loopy idea.  China doe&#039;s not have any oil and they are tired of paying for it like we should be. Until the mindset is Green baby green we will lag in the renewable energy field.</description>
