The word should have been "radiative" not "radio active" which suggests something related to isotopes and all that. When I first read the headline I thought: "I don't hope they discovered some element in mobile phones that is radio active" But it is about the cell phone radiation. It is strange to see that first the general public was told that there was no risk at all as the amount of radiation would be too low to damage any living organism.
