Customer is responsible for backing up any data on the phone, if necessary.
Customer is responsible for removing SIM cards, SD cards, etc.
Include the number of phones to be repaired when generating the label.
There will be a $20 Handling Fee per Repair order.
Actual shipping costs (both inbound and outbound) will be covered by PaceButler.
Phones will be tested for repair needs and customer will be contacted via email with a list of repairs needed and the pricing for those repairs.
Customer must respond via email with either full or adjusted approval before the phones will be repaired.
If Customer declines the repairs, the phones will be shipped back and the Customer will only pay the $20 Handling Fee.
Once the Repairs are authorized and completed, the Customer will pay for the Repairs before the phones will be shipped back.
Our warranty covers defective part(s) replaced and/or bad repairs.
We will repair your phone under warranty at no charge.
We will not cover defects caused by misuse, abuse, accident, physical damage, alteration, unauthorized installation, removal or repairs, problems caused by your network coverage, exposure to fire or liquid.
Warranty will void if your phone has been repaired by others.
We have the right to refuse any warranty work without proof of receipt.
While the Lifetime Limited Warranty will cover the labor and parts for the repair, but the Customer will still be responsible for a $20 Handling Fee for each Warranty shipment.
Water and Physical Damage:
Due to the unpredictable damaging nature of liquid in electronics, we cannot warranty repairs on water damaged phones.
