Thank you for doing your part to return your used cell phones, iPads and MiFi hotspots. Please fill out the form below to receive a printable FedEx label to return your phones.

Instructions:

  1. Fill out the form to print out a prepaid label.

  2. Put your cell phones, iPads and MiFi hotspots into a box and affix the label to the outside of the package.

  3. Drop your package off at a FedEx location
    -OR-
    Call 405-755-3131 and we will have FedEx come pick up your package.
