The following terms and conditions apply to all participants of the Cell Phones 4 Schools Program.

1. The School will get paid what the supporter gets paid (up to $50 per phone).
2. Checks will be issued to schools monthly.
3. Determination of this program eligibility, as well as any exceptions, are at the sole discretion of Cell Phones 4 Schools.
4. Some phones have no value
5. Cell Phones 4 Schools reserves the right to verify and adjust credits at any time prior to or following posting and redemption.
6. Programming, pricing, terms and conditions subject to change at any time.
7. Acceptance is based upon verification that the school and contact are legitimate.
8. Cell Phones 4 Schools reserves the right to approve or reject a prospective supporter or providing service to a customer for any reason.
9. Cell Phones 4 Schools reserves the right to cancel the Cell Phones 4 Schools Program without prior notice in its entirety or for a specific referral member at any time for any reason.
10. The Cell Phones 4 Schools Program is subject to the terms and conditions of service as posted and periodically updated on the Cell Phones 4 Schools website at: www.cellphones4schools.org/terms-and-conditions/
11. This program is limited to the residents of the Fifty (50) United States. Void where prohibited.
12. I understand that as part of the Cell Phones 4 Schools Program I will receive emails from time to time related to the program and other PaceButler offers and programs.
13. Participation in the Cell Phones 4 Schools Program are subject to the Cell Phones 4 Schools Program Terms and Conditions, any fraud or abuse relating to the Program, or any misrepresentation of any information furnished to PaceButler may result in the termination of the Program.
