You are the right person for the Accountant position at PaceButler Corporation if you have experience processing payroll through PayCom, experience processing benefits, experience handling inventory and inventory balancing, experience in real estate/rental property accounting (Buildium), and experience with accounting software (Sage 100).

Essential Functions

• Input all account receivables and payables for PaceWorks through Buildium
• Work in tandem with the Controller and Bookkeeper
• Be consistent in attendance and on time every day
• Processing Payroll Through Paycom and Sage 100
• Ensure the Accuracy of Inventory
• Maintaining Benefit Accounts and Assisting Employees with Benefits
• Enhance or develop systems and procedures within the Admin department
• Optimize the handling of bank and deposit relationships

Preferred Qualifications of the Accountant

• Accounting or Related Field Degree Preferred
• 3+ Years of Accounting Experience
• Inventory Experience
• Highly Analytical
• Strong Ethical Conduct
• Excellent Communicator, Both Written and Verbal
• Experience in an Accrual-Based Accounting System is a Plus
• Sage 100, Buildium, and QuickBooks Software Experience is a HUGE Plus

Experience:

• GAAP: 3 years (Preferred)
• Payroll Processing Through PayCom
• Inventory Reporting
• Accounting Software Experience: Sage 100
• Rental Property Accounting: Buildium
