Accountant

Salary: $90,000 per year

You are the right person for the accountant of PaceButler Corporation if you can oversee the financial and business operations that support our business strategy, and can be responsible for finance, controllership, corporate development and strategy, and business operations. If you can do all of this and stay true to our company culture you are the right fit. This position reports directly to the CEO, and currently oversees a team of five employees.

Essential Functions

• Plan, develop, organize, implement, direct and evaluate the organization's fiscal function and performance
• Participate in the development of the company's plans and programs as a strategic partner
• Serves as a business partner to CEO and executive team
• Provide timely and accurate analysis of budgets, financial reports and financial trends to assist the CEO and other senior executives in performing their responsibilities
• Enhance or develop and enforce policies and procedures of the company by way of systems that will improve the overall operation and effectiveness of the company
• Establish credibility throughout the organization as an effective developer of solutions to business challenges
• Provide strategic financial input and leadership on decision making issues affecting the organization i.e., evaluation of potential alliances
• Optimize the handling of bank and deposit relationships
• Develop a reliable cash flow projection process and reporting mechanism.
• Be an advisor from the financial perspective on any contracts into which the company may enter

Preferred Qualifications of the Accountant

• BS in Accounting
• Financial and Operational Leadership experience from a Manufacturing or retail environment
• Highly analytical
• Strong business acumen with ethical conduct
• Excellent communicator, both written and verbal
